Open to Girls and Boys in K-4th grade, we are the only program in the region playing flag rugby. Flag rugby is the foundation stage in the Player Development pathway. Players will learn the basics of rugby in a safe environment with a focus on FUNdamentals!
Open to Girls and Boys in 5th-6th grade, the program continues our focus on FUNdamentals while laying a foundation for contact elements of the sport. An emphasis is placed on teaching proper and safe techniques so that the player get the most out of their experience.
Open to Girls and Boys in 7th-8th grade, the Middle School program sees the separation of Girls & Boys into separate teams. We focus on continuing the development pathway, improving skills, and preparing players to move on to playing rugby in High School.

Wilson's Mills Youth Rugby is an in-house program offered by the Town of Wilson's Mills, with assistance from the Clayton Rugby Football Club.
The program is for boys and girls in Grades K-8th. The program focuses on providing a family friendly and community focused delivery of rugby programs to the youth of Wilson's Mills and Johnston County, North Carolina.
The program offers multiple age groups and both flag rugby and tackle rugby options. All games are played locally on Saturday mornings, no travel involved.
The program coaching philosophy is teaching the sport of rugby using FUNdamentals and holistic coaching techniques. All program coaches are USA Rugby Certified and have been background checked.
